​The Role

We are looking for a part-time Recruitment Consultant to manage our recruitment and client sourcing  process. This isn't just about hitting an expected targets; it’s about finding the right fit. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent and building a pipeline of reliable candidates.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Candidate Sourcing: Identifying top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database.
• ​Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews to ensure candidates align with our "Reliable Staffing" standards.
• ​Client Outreach: Assisting the Director in identifying potential new business opportunities and "warm" leads.
• ​Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ensuring all candidate documentation is GDPR compliant.
• ​Relationship Management: Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring journey.

​About You

• ​Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a high-level administrative role is preferred, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
• ​Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfortable learning new recruitment software/CRMs.
• ​Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you'll be the "voice" of our brand).
• ​Self-Starter: As this is a part-time, flexible role, you must be disciplined in managing your own "Work Balance" and hitting deadlines.
• ​Alignment: You believe that a happy, balanced workforce is a productive one.
