The Role

We are looking for a part-time recruitment consultant to manage our recruitment and client sourcing process. This isn't just about hitting expected targets; it’s about finding the right fit. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality talent and building a pipeline of reliable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identifying top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal database.
  • Candidate Screening: Conducting initial interviews to ensure candidates align with our "Reliable Staffing" standards.
  • Client Outreach: Assisting the Director in identifying potential new business opportunities and "warm" leads.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ensuring all candidate documentation is GDPR compliant.
  • Relationship Management: Keeping candidates engaged and informed throughout the hiring journey.

About You

  • ​Preferred qualifications include previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a high-level administrative role, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and comfortable learning new recruitment software/CRMs.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (you'll be the "voice" of our brand).
  • Self-Starter: As the position is a part-time, flexible role, you must be disciplined in managing your own "work-life balance" and hitting deadlines.
  • Alignment: You believe that a fulfilled, balanced workforce is a productive one.
